BMF Site Waiver

Welcome to Buffalo Mountain Flyers Inc. (BMF).
We are a club of individuals (Members) engaged in Hang Gliding and Paragliding activites. We are members of of the United States Hang Gliding and Paragliding Assoc.(USHPA).
Our activity launches and lands aircraft on properties owned by Individuals, Corporations and Government (Landowners).
With the USHPA membership you have agreed to be personally responsible for the consequences of your actions. By accepting these terms, check-box below, you extend your USHPA Waiver of Liability to BMF and Members and Landowners.
All persons, Members and Non-Members:
Be aware that you are on property where the Landowner assumes no obligation beyond that of a trespasser as described by Oklahoma Law.
Understand and follow the Buffalo Mountain Flyers Inc. Site and Safety Rules.
